Not Charging
If you are having troubles charging your MTN MiFi, try out these solutions:
1. Properly plug in the charger
Check if the charger is properly plugged into the charging port and also check if the power supply is on.
If everything is okay, move on to the next solution.
2. Replace your charger
If your charger is properly plugged and the power supply is on, but your MiFi is still not charging, switch chargers and see if the problem persists.
3. Change the battery
Change the MiFi battery and see if it charges.
4. Unplug and leave to cool down
If your MiFi is overheating, it can cause it not to charge.
Unplug it and leave it to cool down for a while, then try charging it again and see if it works.
Finally, if you still can’t get it to charge, take the device to the nearest MTN office and they may replace it for you or ask you to get a new one.
